What is your Shaking CO2 Incubator used for?
Our Shaking CO₂ Incubator is designed for suspension cell cultures, microbial growth, and bioprocess research where you need both a controlled CO₂ environment and consistent orbital shaking. It handles temperature, CO₂, and humidity the same way a standard CO₂ incubator does — the difference is the uniform shaking action, which improves oxygen transfer and mixing for cultures that cannot be grown in a static setup.
What CO2 incubator models do you offer and what are the key specifications?
Our CI-191CXA is a 191 L air-jacketed CO₂ incubator with dry-wall thermal insulation. It maintains temperature accuracy of ±0.1°C at 37°C and CO₂ accuracy of ±0.1%. After a door opening, both temperature and CO₂ levels recover within 6 minutes. It comes with 4 shelves as standard and can be expanded up to 13. Each shelf supports up to 20 kg in a stationary configuration or 15 kg with a sliding tray.
What control and monitoring features does the EA-1024X have?
The EA-1024X runs on PID control with high-precision sensors for temperature stability. It has a 7-inch capacitive touchscreen for easy operation, HEPA air filtration delivering a Class 100 environment inside the chamber, a built-in humidity tray, and audible and visual alarms if any parameter goes out of range. The rack holds 4 shelves with 290 mm adjustable spacing to accommodate different cell factory sizes.
What liquid nitrogen containers do you offer and what sizes are available?
We offer a Wide Neck Series of liquid nitrogen biological containers that come with square racks and vial boxes included as standard. Our range covers nine models from 10 litres up to 175 litres (EA241-10 to EA245). Static holding times start from 24 days on the 10 L unit and go up to 186 days on the 175 L model — so whether your lab runs a small operation or manages a large sample bank, we have a size that fits.
